Since 1991, the press has been banned from photographing or filming american troops killed in action. Now, that all could change. Families will now have a choice whether or not to allow the media to cover their fallen soldier's arrival home in a flag covered coffin.

Pam Warnke joined Newsline 9 in September 2002, after graduating college. Months after arriving at WAOW she moved from the promotions department to the newsroom.
